Conference Registration Form

MODE OF PAYMENT

All payments should be made through CROSAT bank account. CRDB BANK, A/C NO: 0133786133000 , CROP SCIENCE ASSOCIATION OF TANZANIA. Please upload the payment receipt in the registration form for records.

REGISTRATION FEES

The conference registration fee indicated will cover costs for meals and conference facilities for two days of the conference. The following registration fees will apply per person:

A. Early bird registration fee (from 30th May – 30th September 2024)

• EAC or SADC members: TZS 150,000.00
• Non-EAC or Non-SADC members: USD 100.00
• Tanzanian Students: TZS 50,000.00
• Non-Tanzanian students: TZS 100,000.00
• Farmers: TZS 100,000.00

B. Late or onsite registration

• EAC or SADC members: TZS 200,000.00
• Non-EAC or Non-SADC members: USD 150.00
• Tanzanian Students: TZS 75,000.00
• Non-Tanzanian students: TZS 150,000.00
• Farmers: TZS 150,000.00

Important notice on registration

• Tanzanian students must send to CROSAT supporting letters from their Institutes/Universities/Colleges and a copy of their student ID
• EAC and/or SADC members should provide evidence of their identity (i.e., submitting a copy of the Passport cover and information pages)
• The above registration fees will also apply to Virtual/Online presenters to cover costs of associated technology.
